2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

    Today I worked out with an old friend. Craig, despite the fact that he had a torn cartilege in his left knee, causing him to substitute sledgehammer slams for the kettlebell swings, still took me to school with 20 rounds. What a great athlete...
