Welcome to Summer...

Tried out our pool for the first time today, which was excellent since my knee is still pretty messed up since Saggi's birthday WOD and my heavier than normal squat. Any one know any good ways to rehab a knee?
Pool was awesome, and just to get the lay of it, I did the following WOD:
5 rounds of:
1 length @ 25 metres
10 situps
1 length @ 25 metres
10 pushups
1 length @ 25 metres
10 squats

Swiming lengths alternated every round: freestyle / breast stroke / freestyle / breast stroke / freestyle.
 
Who said water can't be fun?

    Saggi told me you were having knee problems. Being a former pro-skier I have dealt with my laundry list of knee issues. What exactly is the problem with your knee?

  2. Hey Zack,
    I am pretty sure I did a number on the medial collateral ligament, or the hip adductors, or both, because my knee hurts when I stand on it after a long peiod of sitting, and when it is extended (though not fully) for long poeriods of time driving. Any thoughts?
